Prompto Oil Change

Ricky the technician that serviced my vehicle was very professional, very polite and friendly, informed me of all services they offered but was not pushy for more sales he also offered free wiper installs and air filters exchanges even if it was not purchased from them. The manager who’ve I’ve seen many times before was friendly even sharing a joke as he cashed me out. Quick, efficient, easy.

I took my brand new car to Prompto for an oil change. My car had 10,000 miles, and this was only the second oil change ever done on it (the first was done by the dealership). I arrived at Prompto and even told the worker that my car was brand new and this was my first time bringing it in. I got my oil changed and then drove home (I only live about 2 miles from this Prompto) thinking everything was fine. On my way to work the next morning, I heard something dragging underneath my car. When I checked, I saw that the cover protecting the oil drain access was hanging down (pictures included for reference). I immediately scheduled an appointment at the Mazda dealership to get it checked out, and I was informed that the door of the belly pan where the oil is accessed had been literally ripped out of my car and was broken. Because the piece was ripped out and broken, they were unable to replace only the latch door, and the entire belly pan of my car had to be replaced!! (I also included a picture of this being stated on the paperwork from the Mazda dealership). Thank God this was covered and replaced under warranty, or else I would have absolutely taken legal action, as this was a brand n

Really great team they have here. I am ever more impressed at the prices. Cheapest I have paid for a full synthetic oil change since owning my 2019 Volvo XC90 T6 R-Design Polestar tuned. Will come back.

Stopped here on my way to central Maine (2 hours away). Got to my destination and after visiting for a few hours went to head home and noticed about a whole cup of oil under my car. I opened my hood and my entire engine and underneath my car was COVERED in oil! I was almost a whole quart low. I purchased oil and stopped every 30 minutes checking the level on my 3 hour drive home. Praying the whole way home it wasn't the filter or plug they messed up! It appears the didn't put my stick in all the way causing oil to spray out the whole and completely covering my car! I called to express what had happened and he told me to drive in and they'd clean it up but that's the best he could do. This location is an hour from my house so it would've been a 2 hour drive! I would NOT recommend this location. Terrible service and now I have a car covered in oil.
